Relaxation in harmony with nature. A peaceful retreat awaits you at our historic 18th-century stone house, nestled in an exceptionally quiet setting. The spacious, fully fenced garden offers expansive views over open fields, shaded spots under mature oak trees, and complete privacy. Spread across two floors, the house features every comfort for a relaxing holiday – from an inviting kitchen opening onto the garden terrace to a cozy living room. Perfectly situated, you can reach local shops, stunning beaches, and the famous salt marshes in just a few minutes, while we remain discreetly available in the background to assist whenever needed.

Living Room
A retreat of pure comfort. The ground floor welcomes you with an inviting living room dedicated entirely to relaxation. Make yourself comfortable on the plush three-seater leather sofa to enjoy a good book, chat, or listen to your favorite music via the Bluetooth speaker. For quality time away from screens and electronics, the cupboard holds a large selection of board games for all ages. On cooler days, the cozy fire of the modern pellet stove provides a comforting, sustainable warmth that invites you to linger – the perfect place to simply unwind.
The Kichen
The culinary heart of the home with a garden view. The kitchen opens directly onto the expansive garden, seamlessly blending cooking enjoyment with nature – just five steps from the kitchen door, the large garden table awaits you for carefree outdoor dining. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: a modern ceramic hob, microwave, a spacious refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and – especially valuable on holiday – a dishwasher are all ready for you. For families with young children, a high chair and a practical booster seat are also available. For cozy evenings during the cooler season, a raclette grill is also waiting to be used. And of course, the indispensable “Le Korkenzieher” must not be missing for authentic French moments of enjoyment! A practical drenek (pantry) with large shelves offers plenty of storage space for your purchases from the local markets. The inviting indoor dining table can be flexibly extended to accommodate up to 8 people for convivial hours and shared meals.
TV-Room
Entertainment and a cozy retreat for movie lovers. Right next to the living room, a separate TV room provides the perfect space for relaxing movie nights or digital downtime. Unwind on the comfortable two-seater sofa to enjoy your favorite films or tune into both German and French channels. Gaming enthusiasts and “geeks” are also well catered for: an Xbox 360 with a great selection of games is ready to provide plenty of fun and entertainment during your holiday.
Bedroom on the ground floor
A private retreat with its own terrace. The cozy ground-floor bedroom is a true oasis of calm, featuring a comfortable double bed. For families with babies or toddlers, a practical travel cot is also available, equipped with an additional high-quality mattress to ensure the best sleeping comfort. Please just remember to bring your own children’s duvet for your little one. A special highlight of the room is the direct access to the garden: a private door leads you out onto a small, intimate terrace equipped with a table and two chairs. Whether it’s for that first quiet morning coffee or tea for the early risers, or a relaxing nightcap for those who love to sleep in – here you can enjoy your personal moments in the open air completely undisturbed.
A cosy bedroom on the upper floor
Cosiness under the rafters. This charming attic room radiates a warm sense of comfort and offers the perfect retreat for restful nights with its comfortable double bed. A practical built-in wardrobe blends harmoniously into the room’s architecture, providing ample space for your holiday wardrobe. A wonderfully peaceful room that captivates with its cozy sloped ceilings and invites you to dream.
The Large Upstairs Bedroom
A spacious retreat full of charm. This expansive upstairs bedroom stands out with its unique architecture and welcoming atmosphere – making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The heart of the room is a comfortable double bed that guarantees restful nights. A special eye-catcher in the room are the two separate staircases on either side, which lead elegantly upwards and invite curiosity about the lofts above.
The Two Mezzanines
Gemütliche Kojen unter den Dachbalken. Die beiden über die Treppen erreichbaren Zwischengeschosse (Mezzanine) bieten eine wunderbare Erweiterung des Raumes und maximale Flexibilität. Ausgestattet mit je einer Einzelmatratze, schaffen sie zusätzliche, vollwertige Schlafplätze mit ganz eigenem Charakter. Ob als abenteuerliches Versteck für jüngere Gäste oder als uriger, privater Rückzugsort für Erwachsene – hier oben schläft es sich herrlich geborgen und gemütlich.
The Bathroom
Comfort for the whole family. The bright upstairs bathroom offers everything you need for a relaxing start to the day or soothing moments in the evening. Equipped with a double washbasin, a toilet, and a practical shower-bathtub combination, the space perfectly blends functionality with comfort. Whether it’s a quick, refreshing morning shower or a long, warm bubble bath after a breezy day by the sea – every guest will find their own moment of well-being here.
The Bureau
A quiet space for postcards or creativity. In the open hallway area upstairs, a charming secretary desk offers a harmonious retreat. It is the ideal spot to peacefully write holiday greetings and postcards to your loved ones. And for those who need to catch up on work even during their holidays, this bright workspace—complete with ultra-fast Wi-Fi—provides the perfect setup to complete tasks efficiently, with total focus and no disturbances.
The Garden
A green natural idyll with panoramic views. The spacious, fully fenced garden is a true oasis of calm and guarantees absolute privacy. Here, your four-legged companions can roam freely without any worries. The undisputed master of the estate is a majestic apple tree, which for children becomes a rocket, a play hut, or the ideal shaded spot for a nap and exciting stories. Another botanical highlight is a large mimosa tree, which transforms the garden into a bright yellow sea of blossoms in January and February and fills the air with its wonderfully pleasant scent. In spring, the garden truly awakens to magical life: that is when the concert of countless birds is at its most beautiful, and during this time, a cuckoo regularly visits us, its call adding the perfect touch to the rustic countryside idyll.
Right by the house, a large table with eight chairs invites you to carefree outdoor meals. In addition, two comfortable sun loungers are ready for you to move as you wish: follow the sun to tan, relax in the cool shade of the two mature oak trees, or head to the end of the garden to enjoy the spectacular, unobstructed view across 16 kilometers of open fields – perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the silence of nature to the fullest.
Guest Toilet and Panel Door
Creative guestbook and practical comfort. A very special eye-catcher on the ground floor is the kitchen door, which is designed as a large chalkboard. It invites our guests to get creative and leave their mark with warm greetings, comments, or little drawings. We regularly photograph these unique artworks to include them as lasting memories in our digital guestbook. Directly behind this door lies the practical second guest toilet. This functional space is also equipped with the property’s washing machine, allowing you to easily do your laundry right on-site after eventful days at the beach or out on the cycle path.

House Rules & Useful Information
A warm welcome! To ensure that you and all future guests have a wonderful time in our historic stone house, we kindly ask you to observe the following points:
Arrival and Departure (Check-in & Check-out)
Your holiday home will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 12:00 PM so that we can prepare it perfectly for the next guests. As a rule, we love to welcome you personally to show you around. Should this not be possible, we will send you all the details and the code for our secure key box well ahead of your arrival.
Vierbeinige Gäste (Haustiere)
Your furry friends are very welcome here! We want your four-legged companions to feel just as comfortable as you do. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, however, we kindly ask that furniture and beds be reserved exclusively for our two-legged guests. Please also ensure that any pet waste in the garden or on the property is disposed of directly in the household waste.
Garden & Night Rest
The fully fenced, spacious garden is at your exclusive disposal and is a true oasis of relaxation. To preserve the rural idyllic setting and maintain good relations with our neighbors, we kindly ask you to respect the outdoor quiet hours from 10:00 PM onwards. Should it happen to get a bit later, we have set up a picnic bench at the very end of the garden, where you are welcome to move. Loud celebrations or events are not permitted in the garden or inside the house.
Smoke-Free Home
To protect our historic 18th-century house and out of respect for all future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire interior. Please use the spacious garden exclusively for this purpose.
Waste Separation & Compost
Since we care deeply about the environment, we are delighted if you use our compost at the end of the large garden for organic waste. A detailed overview of simple waste separation and local collection days can be found at any time in our digital guest guide.
Eco-Friendly Toilet Use
Our house is equipped with an eco-friendly, biological wastewater system. Therefore, we politely ask you not to dispose of chemical cleaning agents, harsh tabs, wet wipes, or sanitary products in the toilets, so as not to disrupt the biological balance of the system.
Cozy Warmth (The Pellet Stove)
The modern pellet stove in the living room provides cozy and sustainable warmth on cooler days. A brief, easy-to-follow guide on how to safely operate and refill the pellets has been stored for you in our digital guest guide.
Departure & Handover
We will, of course, take care of the thorough final cleaning for you so that you can enjoy your holiday until the very last minute. Before your departure, we only ask that you wash the used dishes (or start the dishwasher) and dispose of the household waste in the designated bins, leaving the house swept clean.
